As our products are natural health consumables, we kindly ask that you choose carefully before completing your order.
Returns
Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns for change of mind, opened products, or items that have been damaged after delivery. All products are sold on a no-return-for-credit basis unless otherwise approved by us at our sole discretion.
If you believe your product is faulty or incorrect, please contact our team at support@nutrientboost.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. If a return is authorised, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it as promptly as possible — typically within 30 days of approval. While in your possession, any item approved for return must be kept in its original, unopened condition and stored appropriately.
Nutrient Boost is not responsible for any product lost or damaged in return transit. We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items.
